Breakout Business Coaching, owned by Rob Keranen, leverages a combination of two key successful career experiences to help your company:

That combined background provides true appreciation of the challenges and the solutions for starting and growing a business as well as successfully operating it as the business matures.

My entrepreneurial background started early at the age of thirteen with the ownership of a strawberry field, where I managed my own crew of pickers to gain more profit than picking for some larger farmer.

After college, I partnered with three others in establishing a life insurance agency in Central Oregon. We successfully sold the agency in order to start a software sales company which grew to over a million dollars in sales over two years. I gained valuable experience about what to do and what not to do in growing a business.

Robert Keranen

Having been exposed to the huge benefits of hardware and software, I left our software company and parlayed that into a successful career in the information technology field moving from direct sales to corporate sales to VP of Sales, and then worked as part of a acquisition team member for a regional computer company.

In the late 90’s I managed the Portland office as Director of Sales for a multinational consulting company growing it’s revenues from the 52nd ranked branch to 4th over a four year period.

Between 2006 and 2015, I produced sales in excess of $4 Million annually across multiple industries for this same company, earning annual achievement recognition. During this time period, I was promoted from Account Executive to Client Partner, and then Managing Director where I ran a 400 person, $50 Million sales operation. Afterward, I was promoted to Director of North America for Strategic Partnerships serving as a member of the company’s Global Solutions Team.

My deep experience as an independent business owner and company IT sales and operations executive combined with the power of EOS will help my clients to clearly identify and achieve their company objectives.
